SupplyJet Aero, operated by SupplyJet Ltd, respects your privacy. This statement explains what happens to information you choose to share when using this website or contacting our team. It is intended as clear website guidance; contact us if you need more detail about a particular request.
What information we receive
When you email us about a quote, careers enquiry or supplier registration, we may receive your name, business contact details, company, region and the information in your message. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information. Web hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details and access logs to deliver and protect the website.
How website forms work
The contact and supplier forms on this version of the site create a draft in your own email application. They do not automatically submit to a website database. Information reaches SupplyJet Aero only after you review the draft and press Send in your email app. Your email provider will process the message under its own privacy terms.
Why we use information
We use business correspondence to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, assess supplier opportunities, administer business relationships and maintain appropriate records. We do not sell the contact details supplied through these email-draft forms.
Sharing, security and retention
We may share relevant information with staff, service providers or delivery partners where necessary to respond to your request and operate the business, subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, our legitimate business records or applicable legal duties. No email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to review, correct or delete information you have emailed us, subject to applicable law and record-keeping requirements. If UK or EEA data-protection law applies, you may also have rights of access, objection and restriction, and the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. Contact sales@supplyjetaero.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.
Changes
We may update this statement as the website and its contact channels evolve. The update date above identifies the current version. See our Trademark Statement for brand and third-party mark information.
